On the ground floor is a hallway, living room, kitchen and dining room, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds, one room with two beds and a toilet. Central fireplace, which dominates the ground floor, is designed to heat the entire house, including the bedrooms. Capacity of the house is 6 persons. House area: approx. 95 m2.
Complete garden is surrounded by cypress trees and provides privacy. There is a barbecue, campfire, table and benches, garden pond and a hot tub. We live in a neighboring house and we are always available.The house is located in a small village. The neighborhood is quiet and there is not much traffic. Parking is included with listing. We own an attractive Adrenaline park near our house. Hanging bridges, zip lines...
